"Can't Cancel My Subscription"
Navigating this site is a bit of a hassle, but the real kicker is that you can't cancel your subscription. They really ought to have a billing preference feature so folks can easily stop their auto-renewal.

I joined in to assist my 13-year-old daughter with her Math studies. She was having a tough time at school, lagging behind and feeling down.

She enjoys using GetMyGrades. Since it matches the curriculum, I can keep up, knowing we’re tackling the same topics that she’s learning in class.

"Steer Clear!"
To start off, the customer service is basically non-existent. Plus, watch out—once you enter your credit card info, you can't take it out, and they automatically set you up for monthly renewals. There are loads of other services that are way more professional and actually reply to questions.

I’m more than willing to share email exchanges on this for anyone interested, so you can make your own call, potential buyers!

I enrolled my son with my grades and he’s really enjoying it. I’m planning to get my daughter in as well since she’ll be starting year 7 in September. I’d surely suggest this to other parents, and you can really notice the improvement my child is achieving.

"A decent set of materials"
This is a decent set of materials, but you gotta watch out for some of the info since a few explanations don’t match up with the answers. Like, there was this question about isotopes that claimed their abundance stays the same across the universe, but then the explanation said they actually change. Not sure if this is a common issue or just a one-off thing.

"Challenging to navigate and operate"
Navigating this site is quite a challenge. It’s not very user-friendly, to say the least. I ended up unsubscribing because I found it pretty much useless, mainly because I couldn’t make heads or tails of how it works. A video guide would really help folks get the hang of using the site better. Honestly, if I struggled as a parent, I can’t imagine how tough it must be for the kids!
